March 15, 2011 Abby had a science fair. She decided back in April she wanted to find out "Which Cheese Molds the Fastest". She picked out 7 different kinds of cheeses and left them in sandwich pages at room temperature. Her hypothesis was that swiss would mold the fastest. She found out that swiss did not mold till day 12, which was the slowest to mold. Cheddar cheese had mold on day 2. She had so much fun working on this project.
